LPL Pearl Insurance Agents

Since we issued our first lawyers policy in the early 1960s, Pearl Insurance has remained dedicated to helping protect attorneys against claims.

Pearl Insurance/CNA LPL Program

Pearl Insurance and CNA first partnered on LPL in 1954, and we have maintained our commitment to the legal industry ever since. Today, Pearl Insurance is the exclusive state administrator of the CNA LPL program in 12 states—Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

Risk Control

Knowledge is the best defense against claims. That's why we provide our customers with the tools and services they need to help evaluate and reduce their risk.

  • Nationwide Seminars: Identify the risks and challenges that arise in a typical "day in the life" of a legal professional and help tackle the tough choices regarding business opportunities. Plus, seminar attendees can earn up to 7.5% in premium discounts for three years, as well as CLE credits in participating states!
  • Toll-Free Legal Ethics and Law Practice Management Hotline: Staffed by CNA attorneys who can answer the "what if" questions and help clarify many liability issues, even before a claim is filed.
  • Quarterly Newsletters: Emailed to current insureds, sharing informative articles and industry updates affecting your clients' practices.
  • Experienced Claims Assistance

Handling a claim is stressful enough without being transferred from department to department in search of the right claims representative. With Pearl Insurance and CNA, your clients will benefit from an award-winning claims staff and Panel Defense Counsel who only work with lawyers' claims.

Submit an application, or just send us any carrier's application you already have on file. It's that easy!
